bridge, which was built in 1869, is on the National

of Zumbrota's Covered Bridge Park, which spreads over

volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, seasonal ice rink,

local trail system at the park, which is also the trailhead
for the regional Pioneer Trail that connects Zumbrota
to to its neighboring towns of Goodhue and Red Wing.
This trail is being expanded for dual use by walkers,
bikers, horseback riders and snowmobilers.
